It’s appropriate that this entry is on a website called iamforeverlost, because this rest area is also lost. It doesn’t exist anymore. The off-ramp is still there, because it’s necessary for servicing a cell tower, but it’s blocked off with orange barrels. This means there’s no rest areas for 140 miles of WB I-64 from Frankfort, KY to US-231 in Indiana. Passing from KY into IN, you’re still 70 miles to a rest area, instead of 9.
